When do you normally arrive to set up at an event?

I will always, as a standard, arrive ONE HOUR before the event. However, I am more than happy to turn up earlier than that, should the organiser need it. Equally, I can shorten my time but to no less than 40 MINUTES before then event. This is to allow for equipment set-up and soundcheck.

How far will you travel in the UK for an event?

Generally I will travel to most places I can reach by car. However, please bear in mind that I charge additionally for milage. The charge is 25p per mile from Suffolk, NR32.

Can you play an original audio track for our Ceremony Entrance/First Dance?

I am happy to learn any particular song for a couple’s entrance or first dance, to sing it live. However, I have no problem playing a song through my sound system, if you’d prefer. We would just arrange to make sure I had the correct copy of that audio track and then I would be in charge of playing that at the correct moment.

I like your song bundles but can I have one that isn’t there?

Absolutely! I’ve only categorised my songs into a handful of bundles which are the most typically chosen. When we have our chat to discuss everything about your event, we can go through every detail and it’s then that you can tell me every song and/or theme you’d like!

Our ceremony and reception are in two different locations. Are you able to do both?

Of course I can! Just please note the additional time it would take for me to pack up my equipment, travel and then set up again. In these situations I will do my very best to be as quick as I possibly can, but you may just want to factor this in, if you’re trying to keep to quite a tight schedule on the day!
